你主动添加的照片、Live Photo、视频、文字、语音、心情和地点，只用于创建、浏览、回顾与导出你的 Spark。

Photos, Live Photos, videos, text, voice, mood, and location that you add are processed only to create, browse, review, and export your Sparks.

内容默认保存在你的设备中。启用 iCloud 后，内容通过你的私人 iCloud 数据库存储和同步。Spark 不运营用于存放这些内容的开发者服务器。

Content stays on your device by default. When iCloud is enabled, it is stored and synced through your private iCloud database. Spark does not operate a developer server that stores this content.

相册权限用于选择和保存媒体；麦克风权限只在你主动开始语音记录时使用；定位权限只在你主动添加地点时使用。拒绝非必要权限不会阻止其他记录方式。

Photo access selects and saves media; microphone access is used only when you initiate a voice recording; location access is used only when you add a place. Declining an optional permission does not prevent other ways of recording.

Apple 处理 Spark Pro 的付款、订阅和交易验证。Spark 只读取经 App Store 验证的购买权益，不接触你的完整付款信息。

Apple processes Spark Pro payments, subscriptions, and transaction verification. Spark reads only App Store-verified entitlements and does not receive your full payment information.

Spark 不出售你的数据，不以广告为目的共享数据，也不跨 App 或网站追踪你。只有当你主动导出或分享时，选中的内容才会交给你指定的目标。

Spark does not sell your data, share it for advertising, or track you across apps or websites. Selected content leaves Spark only when you export or share it.

你可以在 App 内编辑或删除单个 Spark，也可以在设置中导出完整备份或清除全部资料。删除 App 会移除设备上的本地资料；启用 iCloud 时，数据的同步与删除遵循 Apple 的 iCloud 机制。

You can edit or delete individual Sparks, export a complete backup, or erase all data in Settings. Deleting the app removes local data from that device; when iCloud is enabled, synchronization and deletion follow Apple’s iCloud mechanisms.
