Spark helps you capture, organize, revisit, and export life moments on Apple devices. Features may change with system capabilities and product updates.

你保留对自己内容的权利，并负责确保拥有记录、编辑和分享这些内容所需的授权。Spark 不会取得你的内容所有权。

You retain the rights to your content and are responsible for having permission to record, edit, and share it. Spark does not take ownership of your content.

月度和年度方案为自动续期订阅。符合条件的新订阅者可能获得 App 内展示的首期优惠；优惠结束后，将按购买界面显示的标准价格自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。永久解锁为一次性购买。

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Eligible new subscribers may receive the introductory offer shown in the app; after the offer, the subscription renews at the displayed standard price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Lifetime Unlock is a one-time purchase.

付款、续期、退款和订阅管理均由 Apple 处理。你可以在 Apple 账户的“订阅”中管理或取消自动续期。

Apple handles payment, renewal, refunds, and subscription management. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple Account subscriptions.

Spark 会持续维护产品，但不保证服务始终无中断或无错误。设备空间、系统版本、iCloud 状态和系统权限都可能影响功能。请为不可替代的内容保留独立备份。

Spark is maintained continuously, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Device storage, system version, iCloud status, and permissions may affect features. Keep a separate backup of irreplaceable content.

从 App Store 获取 Spark 时，Apple 的相关条款同样适用。若本条款未另行约定，则采用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。

When you obtain Spark from the App Store, Apple’s applicable terms also apply. Unless these terms state otherwise, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies.
